BOOKING YOUR DATE WITH DESTINY (AND DUMBBELLS)

Welcome to the least painful part of your fitness journey—booking your sessions! No burpees required to reserve your spot, we promise.

HOW THIS WORKS:

  1. Browse our schedule below (while mentally preparing excuses for why you can't make it, only to ignore them because you're better than that)

  2. Select your class/session (just click the one that conflicts least with your Netflix schedule)

  3. Pick a time slot (we recommend mornings before your brain realizes what you're doing)

  4. Complete your booking (this button is significantly easier to press than doing a push-up)

  5. Show up! (the hardest part, but we believe in you)

IMPORTANT NOTES FROM THE MANAGEMENT:

  • Cancellations require 12 hours notice (or a really creative excuse that makes us laugh)

  • Late arrivals may be subjected to extra reps (or intense disappointed looks from the instructor—your choice)

  • If you're new, don't worry about looking confused. It's part of the experience. We all started somewhere, usually with the same "what have I gotten myself into" expression.

  • Classes fill up faster than the good snacks at a party. Book early to avoid the dreaded waitlist of regret.

  • If you need help, contact us! We're surprisingly friendly for people who enjoy exercise.
